SUMMARY
Sonja and Dabney are 40-year-old sisters each with one child and a dog. They plan to build a 3000 sq.ft mid-sized property of two-story residence.They have found an acreage near Chilliwack River Valley. It is located at 49362 Neville Road, Chilliwack.
Sonja is a Registered Psychologist specializing in the treatment of PTSD within military personnel. She has a 12 year old son named Ethan, who is a gamer. Dahney is a sculptor and mixed media artist, and she has a two year old daughter Aliza. Sonja and Dabney often travel for work throughout the world. Moreover, they both love to cook and socialize with guests.
The whole family loves family and friends gathering. They are very active with friends, and host parties every year.
They need a recreation room which can offer movies, games, chats and more. Ethan wants to need a large flat-screen TV in the Rec room. Aliza needs a room to put all the toys there to avoid guests coming to the house and see the mess.
